Romans 12:6-8; 1 Corinthians 12:27-31
As Christians, we must discover and properly harness the gifts that God has blessed us with, for the growth of the church of God (body of Christ). Everyone called by God has been endowed with the gifts required for service in His kingdom.
Until we begin to release our God-given gifts, the church will continue to lie in a state of dormancy. When we see through the eye of the Spirit, and people begin to step into their God-given inheritance through the stirring up of the gifts of God in them, age-long mountains begin to give way, and the church of Christ marches on triumphantly into the place of destiny!

In Romans 12:6-8, the Bible listed the following gifts:
Prophecy
Ministry
Teaching
Exhortation
Giving
Leadership/Administration
Mercy

Furthermore, 1 Corinthians 12:27-31 highlights the following gifts:
Apostolic unction
Prophetic unction
Teaching grace
Working of miracles
Gifts of healings
Helping others
Leadership/Administration
Varieties of tongues
In 1 Peter 4:10-11, the Bible states:
As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.

If anyone speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.
How can I discover and release my God-given spiritual gifts?
Encounter with the Holy Spirit (Jude 20; 1 Cor. 2:9-10)
Receiving inspiration from the Holy Spirit (Job 32:8; Rom. 8:15; 2 Sam. 23:1-2)
Responding appropriately to God’s Word (James 1:25; Matt. 13:23)
Release (yield yourself totally to Him (Rom. 12:1)
Individually and collectively, we have what it takes to take the church of God to greater heights, through the help of the Holy Spirit. God has blessed us with spiritual blessings in heavenly places (Ephesians 1:3).
Remember, we have received the Spirit of God, not of this world, that we may know the things that have been freely given to (1 Cor. 2:12).
